Dr. Gerald Bray (DLitt, University of Paris-Sorbonne) is research professor at Beeson Divinity School and director of research for the Latimer Trust. He is a prolific writer and has authored or edited numerous books, including The Doctrine of God; Biblical Interpretation; God Is Love; and God Has Spoken. He served as editor for The Anglican Canons 1529-1947 and Tudor Church Reform, and for three volumes in the Ancient Christian Commentary Series. He is the editor of the Anglican theological journal Churchman. In 2019 he published a theological commentary on the Pastoral Epistles. Dr. Bray is a minister in the Church of England.
Join us as Dr. Bray breaks down the attributes of God, the difference (but unity!) between God’s “essential” and his “relational attributes,” how our Church forefathers help us understand God, and how an understanding of God’s “simplicity” is great news for his unchangeableness towards us in Christ!
We want to thank Crossway for setting up this interview and providing us with the necessary materials to interview Dr. Bray!
